Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has taken swift action following a significant security breach on Wednesday.

In response, visitor’s passes have been banned, and an all-party floor leaders meeting has been called for later in the day.
The breach involved two individuals jumping from the visitor’s gallery, creating a commotion and spraying gas.
The Speaker has requested a detailed report on the security lapse, particularly concerning the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 Parliament attack.

Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora and Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla are at the Parliament to assess the situation. The individuals responsible for the breach, identified as Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan, have heightened concerns on the anniversary of the prior Parliament attack.
